The Salt Lake 10 Miler (run) and the East Canyon Road Race (cycling) were like night and day. The run through Emigration Canyon to This is the Place Monument was cold and snowy. The cycling race was exciting and the weather cooperated after all.  Here are some amateur photos from the 10 Miler depicting the tough/crazy people that ran (and the Sports-Am Staff that stood by). Some professional photos from the Road Race (for purchase also) are available from Zazoosh.

For more fabulous photos, visit our Sports-Am Fan Page on Facebook. Next up is the Crack of Dawn Run on June 5 in Mill Creek Canyon. We have some exciting news to share about the discounts being offered by the merchants at Olympus Hills Shopping Center in an upcoming post.

Getting ready to run

Stayin' alive. Stayin' alive.

Thousands of new and used bikes were on display last Saturday at the Sports-Am 17th Annual Bike Expo and Swap. In addition, exhibitors brought gear, accessories and knowledge about bicycles (thanks Johnny from The Bike Guy) and cycling as a hobby and a sport. Plenty of happy cycling enthusiasts walked away with great deals. In case you were unable to make it, here are some pictures from the event. See you next year and as always come early for the best deals. Visit us here, follow us on Twitter (@sportsamevents) and on Facebook for updates on future events including our full schedule of running, cycling and snow shoeing events year round.

A little chit chat and some great accessories.
